Note, for this recipe, 50 grams of curry paste is used, if you want to use the entire package, double the volumes.
1. Heat the pan or frying pan and add the contents of this packet and cut into 250 grams of any meat. Fry until ready.
2. Add 1 cup (240 ml.) Of water and bring to a boil.
3. Add chopped eggplants, bamboo shoots, kafir leaves (lime), basil leaves and chili. Bring to a boil.
