Delivery Information


We will deliver products within 3-5  working days once we have received your transfer of funds.

The delivery time does not include Saturday,  Sunday and Thai National Holidays. 

We always send a package with a tracking number. The tracking number is provided by email once the package has been sent, so the recipient can check the status of the delivery after we have sent the package. The tracking number and order history can be viewed on the personal account.

- Small Packet Surface (40-60 Post working days) The maximum weight for these packages is 2 kg (boxes and products total weight)

Our website securely packs each package and is assigned a unique tracking number. All items are checked to be in perfect condition when we dispatch them. We are not liable or responsible for any losses or breakages during shipment. In the event of goods being damaged on arrival, you must advise the carrier immediately.

Our website is not responsible for the actions of the delivery services and does not provide any guarantees for them. The postal service is responsible for the delivery time and quality of delivery, and the postal service is also responsible for the safety of the goods - in the Territory of Thailand, the Post of Thailand, in the territory of your country, the Post of your country. The buyer is obliged to independently track their mail for that, we each send a tracking number and the tracking number is in your personal account on our web site. The site does not make refunds if you for some reason could not get your mail.

If your parcel comes back and we can receive it, then you will be informed and you can pay for resending. If you refuse or there is no response from you within 30 days, our website will terminate the service and destroy your parcel.
