Delivery Information


We will deliver products within 3 working days once we have received your transfer of funds.

The delivery time does not include Saturday,  Sunday and Thai National Holidays. 

We always send a package with tracking number. The tracking number is provided by email once the package has been sent, so the recipient can check the status of the delivery after we have sent the package. The tracking number and order history can be viewed on the personal account.

Important note: If it is about the tracking, please use your country's post office tracking system to track the package it should be available about 10  working days after being shipped.

- Small Packet-Air (7-21 Post working days) The maximum weight for these packages is 2 kg (boxes and products total weight)

- Small Packet-Economy Air (SAL) (25-45 Post working days) The maximum weight for these packages is 2 kg (boxes and products total weight)

- Small Packet Surface (40-60 Post working days) The maximum weight for these packages is 2 kg (boxes and products total weight)

All items are checked to be in perfect condition when we dispatch them. We are not liable or responsible for any losses or breakages during shipment. In the event of goods being damaged on arrival, you must advise the carrier immediately. You must check the condition of your goods before signing the delivery note. You must refuse delivery. By signing the delivery note you are agreeing to have received the goods in a satisfactory condition.
